Terms and Conditions of the Harisch Card

1. The contractual partner and invoice issuer for the purchase of a voucher is Harisch Sales GmbH, Florianigasse 15, 6370 Kitzbühel, FN 342545. Payment processing is also carried out by Harisch Sales GmbH.

2. The partner companies, terms and conditions, and privacy policy can be found at www.harisch.world. Customers are advised that changes to the partner companies may occur.

3. The voucher/credit is redeemable within five years of purchase. Cash payment is excluded.
4. No replacement will be provided in case of theft, loss, or similar incidents. If a gift card is defective, it will be replaced, provided the defective card is returned. A processing fee of €20.00 will be charged for replacing the gift card.

5. The vouchers are transferable, meaning that you only need to present the voucher when redeeming it at a partner business. Treat the voucher card like cash.

6. Harisch Sales GmbH assumes no liability and/or warranty for the services provided by the respective partner companies.

7. For all legal disputes arising from or relating to this contract, the exclusive jurisdiction of the court with subject-matter jurisdiction in Innsbruck is agreed upon, with the express waiver of any general place of jurisdiction. This contract is governed exclusively by Austrian law, excluding its conflict of laws rules.
